We work on behalf of the Employment Service within the Rusta & matcha service with the goal of reducing unemployment by helping more people find jobs and education.

Aros Matchning och Utbildning currently operates in 10 locations and has its headquarters in Västerås.

We are looking for you!

As a mentor, you will be responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers towards jobs and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

• are passionate about helping people
• are good with administrative tasks
• are communicative
• are results-oriented
• master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Requirements for the mentor's qualifications

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in the fields of; Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, pedagogy, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.
• At least two years of full-time work experience in the last five years (in any field).

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of full-time work experience in the following profession or tasks; Leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues, work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, pedagogy.

Meritorious

• Experience in coaching, recruitment
• Driver's license
• Foreign languages
