We are looking for an HR/Payroll Consultant for a temporary position!

With us, you will step directly into a sharp assignment with a new payroll system, a clear mandate, and a focus on structure, systematics, and quality.

Starting from April 1st this year, we are taking a step towards a more operationally close, clearer, and more efficient handling of all our payroll-related issues. Current external resources will move to us internally, and with this, one of our employees will be on parental leave, which is why we need you now. Organizationally, you will belong to the HR department with colleagues in various roles who all work closely with the business and culture-building for the entire company.

Your Responsibilities

You will have overall responsibility for payroll administration and be a consultative support to managers and employees in payroll and HR-related issues. You will work independently but in close collaboration with the HR team and the business.

This means that you:

• Support managers in payroll and personnel issues.
• Interpret collective agreements and provide support in more labor law-related questions.
• Participate in the development of processes, systematics, and working methods.

Education and Previous Experience

We are curious about you who like structure, think process, and dare to take space when something needs to be built or redone. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and have a service-oriented and pedagogical way of communicating, even when the pace is high.

You have:

• Post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pension administration, payroll liabilities, employer declarations, and feel comfortable working with the entire payroll process.
• Good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, very good system skills in payroll systems, and good knowledge of Excel.
• High language proficiency in Swedish.
