Cyclife Sweden AB is a company within the EDF group (Electricité De France), one of the world's largest employers and a major player in the energy sector. Cyclife is in a significant growth phase and conducts nuclear operations in the Studsvik area outside Nyköping, employing over 230 people. The company has unique world-class expertise in the decommissioning of radiological facilities and helps its customers minimize the environmental impact of their radiological activities.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of work experience in resource planning and process work within a process-driven organization
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and experience with resource planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Project Desktop, Primavera P6, and C-Forma
• Experienced in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
• Good system skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B and access to a car.

Meritorious:

• Certification in PMI or Prince2
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in training others in tools and methods
• Experience with PowerBI.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. You enjoy creating an overview, coordinating resources, and contributing to improved working methods. You are confident in your skills and have the ability to support others in their development. The role requires good communication skills, a high degree of curiosity, and the courage to challenge and ask relevant questions.

What does the role entail?

The position involves ensuring the correct resource planning for the projects carried out within the organization. You actively contribute to developing the resource planning process in collaboration with the business and produce clear reports that provide management with valuable decision-making support. The role includes, among other things:

• Planning and optimizing resource allocation
• Collaborating with resource owners across different departments
• Training and guiding colleagues in resource planning tools
• Identifying and managing resource conflicts
• Producing relevant reports and documentation for management
• Coordinating and communicating complex information in a structured manner.

In addition to resource planning, the role also has a coordinating aspect where you follow established project processes, support project managers with simpler project administration, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This includes compliance with the project process and regular updates of project documentation.
