Do you want to work with recruitment in the warehouse and logistics sector in a role where you collaborate closely with both clients and candidates? We are now looking for someone to take on a full-time position starting immediately.

StudentConsulting continues to grow and is now seeking a recruiter based out of our office in Trollhättan or Gothenburg. This position is part of our expansion in the area and involves close collaboration with our larger warehouse and logistics clients. You will also be involved in developing client partnerships, which means being present on-site at the client's operations. The role also includes work from our Gothenburg office and assignments throughout the region – a varied role with both local presence and regional responsibility.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, primarily within warehouse and logistics. You will work closely with the account manager and be involved throughout the entire process – from advertising to hiring.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes from advertising and selection to interviews and reference checks
• Create candidate flow through advertising and proactive outreach
• Conduct individual and group interviews
• Be present at the client's site and contribute to a close and long-term collaboration
• Administration related to recruitment, hiring, and consulting assignments

Scope and working hours:

• The position is full-time with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We believe that you:

• have an academic background, for example in HR, human resources, economics, or similar
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many parallel processes
• Are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Have a strong sense of service and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, candidates, and clients
• Express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish
• Have a B driver's license (meritorious)

Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or warehouse/logistics is an advantage but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on the right attitude and willingness to develop.
