Accountant (part-time approx. 25%) – on-site at Unda Camping & Resort

We at Unda Camping & Resort are now looking for a self-sufficient and confident accountant for a part-time position of approximately 25%, equivalent to two half-days a week – and yes, on-site at our campsite. An office by the sea beats a home office any day of the week.

This is not a consulting assignment. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term part-time position and to become a part of the business.

About the role

The role is operational, broad, and important. You will manage the finances on a daily basis and ensure everything runs smoothly – from salaries and VAT to invoices and follow-ups.

You will work with several companies in the group, of different sizes, making the job both varied and developmental.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Salaries
• Taxes, fees, and VAT
• Reporting to Fora and other authorities
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Invoice management
• Creating and sending customer invoices
• Registering supplier invoices
• Managing reminders and follow-ups
• Financial follow-up
• Keeping the budget and forecast updated based on bookkeeping
• Follow-up primarily against the income statement
• Basic understanding of the balance sheet and liquidity
• Ongoing dialogue with the CEO regarding finances, deviations, and improvements

Systems & Skills

• Very good knowledge of Fortnox
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration
• Experience with salaries, VAT, taxes, and fees
• Accustomed to working in a structured, independent, and solution-focused manner
