Experienced HR Specialist Wanted

We are looking for an experienced HR specialist for our client’s HR department. The assignment involves qualified and operational HR work with a focus on managerial support, where workplace environment issues are a central part of the responsibility.

Assignment Period: Start by agreement (desired start date February 4, 2026) until December 31, 2026. Possibility of extension.

About the Position

As an HR specialist, you will work closely with managers in the organization and provide qualified support across the breadth of personnel and HR issues. The assignment has a particular focus on workplace environment and systematic workplace environment work (SAM), but the emphasis is on operational managerial support, for example in rehabilitation, labor law, and organizational changes.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Provide qualified and operational HR support to managers
• Support in rehabilitation cases and other personnel-related issues
• Develop and be responsible for workplace environment issues and SAM
• Support during organizational changes
• Advising on labor law, collaboration, and personnel processes
• Coach managers based on their individual needs and the organization’s conditions

Who Are You?

You have:

• University or college education in personnel and labor issues or another relevant area
• Extensive experience in qualified HR work
• Documented experience working as operational managerial support
• Experience handling rehabilitation cases and related personnel issues
• Very good knowledge of labor law
• Experience in workplace environment work and systematic workplace environment work (SAM)
• Experience supporting organizational changes
• Experience in workplace environment work within the City of Gothenburg
• Knowledge of collaboration agreements and collaboration issues
