Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for an engaged and competent procurement coordinator for a temporary position of at least one year, as one of our two procurement coordinators will be on parental leave.
The position is located in the Administrative Unit, which is part of the Finance Department.
We offer you a dynamic work environment with competent and helpful colleagues where you have the opportunity to influence and develop. Our unit provides a wide range of administrative support, including procurement, local operational support for Treserva, contracts for purchased care, and care invoicing. Our mission is to provide the best possible service while ensuring quality in the administration's processes. We work purposefully to build an effective workgroup and meet regularly as a whole group.
The administration carries out many different types of procurements where you will have the opportunity to contribute to an organization that is at the heart of societal development. You will be part of the administration's central procurement organization. Together with the other procurement coordinator, you will be the administration's specialists in procurement issues, leading and supporting the administration's operations towards sustainable and efficient procurements. The work is also carried out in close collaboration with procurement administrators, buyers, and managers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Renewed competitive tenders, direct procurements, and other purchases.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
- Work on improvement initiatives and internal control of the procurement process.
- Review and, if necessary, follow up on local agreements.
- Local operational support (LVS) in Proceedo.
- Be responsible for training within the procurement process.
- Support and lead the administration's procurement network.
- Conduct assignments, analyses, investigations, and handle cases within the finance, procurement, and contract areas.
- Drive development work and lead projects within your area.
We offer you a dynamic work environment with competent and helpful colleagues where you have the opportunity to influence and develop.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in procurement/tendering or another education combined with experience in procurement that the employer assesses as equivalent.
We require that you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the regulations that apply to procurement/ordering under framework agreements. We also see it as a requirement that you have experience of independent work within the procurement/tendering area. You also need to have experience in conducting direct procurements and renewed competitive tenders exceeding 50,000 SEK within public operations.
It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of the procurement system Proceedo and the procurement system Kommers. We also consider it an advantage if you have experience working within a politically governed organization, particularly in the social services area.
To be the right person for the job, you need to be analytical, structured, and possess good pedagogical skills. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You ensure that tasks are completed on time and follow up on results. The work pace can be high at times and suits you if you find it easy to organize your work and maintain focus even during intense periods.
You can work both independently and collaboratively. You understand the common mission and work towards making it as good as possible. You have integrity and feel confident in independently driving processes forward and making independent decisions within the framework of your assignment.
To thrive in this position, you also need to enjoy change work. You can quickly change your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes.
Finally, you are also communicative and skilled in both spoken and written communication. You are comfortable handling many internal and external contacts and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation.
