About the role

In the role of Export/Shipping Coordinator, you will support Elof Hansson's international business processes. The role can be tailored in two different directions, depending on your educational background, experience, and interests.

You will work with both administrative and coordinating tasks and maintain ongoing contact with various parties, both internally and externally. Much of the work is done in business systems and external platforms.

The role may include tasks in the following areas:

• Preparation and handling of export documents and issuance of certificates
• Planning, booking, and follow-up of transports
• Contact and coordination with customers, suppliers, agents, subsidiaries, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and carriers
• Invoicing and handling of supplier invoices
• Monitoring of booked shipments and deliveries
• Support in risk management and ongoing process improvements
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure efficient and qualitative processes

Employment form

This is a consulting assignment via StudentConsulting, where you work as a consultant at Elof Hansson. The position is part-time and involves about 2 days a week, with the possibility of full-time work during the summer. Working hours are flexible and can be adapted in dialogue with your studies. Start is immediate or as agreed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying economics, logistics, or another relevant field at a college or university
• Has at least 1 year left of your studies
• Wants to combine studies with a rewarding part-time job
• Can work about 2 days a week and full-time during the summer
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
