We are now looking for you who want to take a key role in this work.
Your working hours
As a planner, you will have a varied and responsible assignment where your structure, foresight, and problem-solving ability truly make a difference.
You will:
- Plan and schedule services based on assistance decisions and the individual needs of users.
- Optimize route planning and resources to create an effective and sustainable working day for our employees.
- Handle rapid changes, such as sick leave or changing needs, and find solutions that ensure continuity and quality.
- Contribute to safe and qualitative care through good communication and collaboration.
- Act as a contact person between users, staff, and relatives as needed based on your unit affiliation.

Qualifications
- High school education in health and care or logistics.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good system skills, preferably within scheduling and care documentation systems. Experience with Lifecare is an advantage.
- Experience in a planning role within health and care or logistics is an advantage.
- Driver's license B (requirement).
