About the Position

Are you social, forward-thinking, and cheerful? Do you enjoy service and have prior experience working as a receptionist?

Then we at Uniflex are looking for you! We are seeking someone who is studying, has another part-time job, owns a business, or similar, and who is available when regular staff are absent for various reasons. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

For the position, it is required that you have an employment of over 50%.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will work in our client's reception located in central Gothenburg. At the client's location, you will sit in a well-visited reception where people from all over the world come to visit. During your workday, you will staff the reception and their switchboard. You will welcome external and internal visitors, assist them with their various inquiries, answer the phone, book taxis, and always be ready to help and solve visitors' problems.

The assignment will start immediately and continue indefinitely. You will also work extra during the Christmas period to cover for regular staff on vacation. There will also be situations where regular staff are sick or have scheduled meetings, creating a need for work.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, flexible, and unpretentious in their work. You enjoy meeting people and being the face of the company. You have previous experience in a service role, and it is certainly a plus if this has been in reception/switchboard.
