We are now looking for a full-time receptionist on behalf of our client for a modern and representative reception in central Gothenburg. In this role, you will be the first person visitors, tenants, and suppliers meet – making you a key person in creating a positive and memorable first impression.

As a receptionist, you are much more than an administrative function – you are a host. With your presence, your approach, and your sense of service, you contribute to a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable. You will work independently with great responsibility and become an important part of a service-oriented team where quality and professionalism permeate everything you do.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, tenants, and suppliers with a warm and professional approach

• Managing the daily operations of the reception and ensuring a pleasant and representative environment

• Handling mail and deliveries

• Administering access, key cards, and permissions

• Being a coordinating contact point for deliveries and bookings

• Supporting administrative tasks and collaborating with other service functions

You play an important role in creating structure, security, and a positive experience for everyone in the building.

• Has previous experience in reception, office service, or a similar service role

• Has a genuine sense of service and hospitality, and understands the value of a professional and warm approach

• Is structured, self-driven, and takes responsibility for your work

• Is solution-oriented and thrives in a role where you can take your own initiatives

• Has good administrative skills

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
