Description

Are you a confident HR specialist who is passionate about supporting managers? We are looking for someone with expertise in change management and managerial support to help develop both leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

In this job, you will support our managers through all fundamental HR processes, both operationally and strategically. You will be their sounding board and coach in everyday life, and together we will create the conditions for a healthy, efficient, and future-oriented workplace. You will also be a process leader for one or more HR processes where you drive development, quality assurance, and implementation of new working methods.

You will be an important part of our HR department, which consists of a total of 10 people. We are a positive group with an unpretentious and helpful culture, where we are happy to share our knowledge and support each other. Together we build and develop a strong and effective HR function.

The role of HR partner also means that you actively drive and contribute to development work related to HR processes, working methods, and organization, often in close collaboration with engaged colleagues and representatives from the business.

In your assignment, you may hold training sessions and workshops and support managers in change work and group and culture development. Therefore, it is important that you are a confident and communicative person who is comfortable speaking in front of others.

Qualifications

For this role, you need to have:

  • Relevant higher education in HR or equivalent
  • Several years of experience as an HR specialist/HR partner
  • Good knowledge of work environment, recruitment, competence supply, salary formation, rehabilitation, and labor law
  • Experience in leading and developing processes within HR
  • Familiarity with collaboration and negotiation with unions

Experience from public operations and work within an IT-related organization is an advantage.

In your work, you have a holistic perspective and the ability to identify needs in the organization that you then translate into actions. You are experienced and confident in the role of HR specialist/HR partner and with good analytical skills, you can switch between strategic development work and operational execution. You build trust and relationships within the organization and have the courage to constructively challenge managers at different levels. Through clear and empathetic communication, you contribute to psychological safety. You are structured, have good foresight in your assignments, and thrive in collaboration with others. You act professionally in all contexts and can handle complex and sometimes sensitive issues with integrity.
