About the Job

As a receptionist, you will be part of a team of four responsible for receiving and guiding visitors before their hospital visits. The job includes:

• receiving and registering patients
• providing professional service as an entrance host
• ensuring that patients and visitors are directed to the correct reception, department, or location
• answering questions and providing clear information
• contributing to a welcoming and structured environment in the entrance and reception area

The work is varied and involves many contacts both internally and externally. The pace can sometimes be high, and the role requires you to manage multiple systems simultaneously while remaining calm even in more challenging situations.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed upper secondary education
• has experience from similar tasks within reception, service, or administration
• has very good IT skills and is comfortable working in multiple systems at the same time
• has a strong sense of service and a professional attitude
• meets patients, visitors, and colleagues with respect and calm even in stressful or difficult meetings

You thrive in a role where you can be the face of the organization and create structure and safety for those you meet.
