About us

Welcome to Närhälsan Hindås health center! We are a smaller health center with approximately 4,000 registered patients, consisting of a mix of relocating families with children and the local elderly population.

The health center is centrally located in the growing area of Hindås, and there are good commuting options by bus and train from both Gothenburg and Borås. Bus stops and free parking are available in close proximity to the health center.

We have diabetes and asthma/COPD clinics, psychologists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators. Our child health center is part of the highly appreciated family center located in the same building as the health center. We also have a well-functioning collaboration with Härryda municipality regarding home care and special housing, which provides close and practical cooperation around the patients.

The Hindås health center has a stable and cohesive staff group, where we know each other well and help each other in our work. As a small unit, we work closely together across professional boundaries, with short decision-making paths and the opportunity to influence work methods and solutions. About the job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with a focus on meeting the patient. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health center. Your main tasks consist of writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person patients meet.

About you

You are a trained medical secretary. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in primary care. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. Additionally, you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive, you enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You like variety in your work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload is variable, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a great interest in business development.
