Capio Rehab Orust is part of the Västra Götaland region's Care Choice Rehab. The rehab clinic has six physiotherapists, two occupational therapists, and one rehab administrator. The clinic is located directly adjacent to Capio Health Center Orust, providing excellent opportunities for close collaboration with the health center staff. When necessary, we work cross-professionally in teams to meet our patients in the best possible way!

We are now looking for a rehab administrator for a summer temporary position at 80% during weeks 28-32.

We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative work that also involves a lot of contact with both patients and staff at the clinic and the health center. As a rehab administrator with us, you will handle phone calls and chat inquiries coming to rehab. You will also manage the booking of appointments for physiotherapists and occupational therapists at the clinic, as well as booking home visits. You play a central role in rehab to ensure that the daily work flows smoothly for your colleagues. You will be at our reception and be the first point of contact for patients who come to us with questions.

If you have experience working in healthcare, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you have an interest and knowledge of training and wellness, we see it as a plus!
