Accounting Manager at Nordlo

About the Position

As an Accounting Manager, you will work with the entire closing process, including the preparation of annual reports. The role also includes payroll management in collaboration with our external payroll agency. You will be part of a smaller finance team and the role reports to the finance manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• VAT reporting and tax declarations
• Prepare annual reports including tax calculations and report to authorities
• Payroll documentation and coordination with external payroll agency
• Support the finance department with ongoing administrative tasks
• Work on improving routines and digitizing financial flows
• Monthly reporting of key figures to the group

About You

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance and at least 10 years of experience in qualified accounting work. You should be able to work independently throughout the financial flow and be responsible, self-driven, and collaborative. In this role, you will have multiple points of contact and collaborations with colleagues in different functions, so you also need to be communicative. Furthermore, we see that you are structured and accustomed to working towards deadlines.
