About the Role

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and accurate accounting as well as administrative support for M-Bygg's operations.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ongoing bookkeeping including customer and supplier invoices, expenses, salaries, accruals, and year-end adjustments
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns and handling of payments through the Tax Agency's system
  • Administration of tax accounts and uploading of tax declarations and payments
  • Reporting to the group and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Administrative tasks such as document management, archiving, and office administration

Work Scope

The position is currently 80%

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Alternatively, equivalent work experience.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reports
  • Very good computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and other Office programs
  • An analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills, and high accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A willingness to learn new systems and develop your skills in finance
