As a Junior Controller at Fristads, you step into a role where you can truly build your competence in controlling. You will work closely with the business, receive support from experienced colleagues, and be involved early in what actually drives the business.

You will, among other things:

• Work with financial reporting - from data collection and quality assurance to analysis

• Participate in closing accounts and follow-up of results and key figures

• Prepare financial decision-making material for various parts of the organization

• Present figures in a way that makes them understandable and useful

• Be involved in improving work methods, reports, and system support

You have a relevant degree in finance, industrial economics, data economics, engineering, or similar. You have basic knowledge of Excel and are comfortable working with data, compilations, and simpler analyses. You communicate professionally in both Swedish and English and are able to be flexible during more intense periods, such as during closing accounts. Practical financial experience through internships, trainee, or junior roles is advantageous, as well as experience with business systems, BI or reporting tools, and technical system understanding beyond basic user level.

However, the most important thing is how you approach your work. You are proactive, structured, and take responsibility with high integrity. You collaborate naturally with others, enjoy solving problems, and are driven by understanding connections and improving processes.
