We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrative employee for our insurance reception. The role is central to the operation, and you play an important part in creating a safe, professional, and warm patient flow – for patients, healthcare staff, and insurance companies.

The work involves varied administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact. You thrive on responsibility, are solution-oriented, and maintain your composure even when there is a lot to do.

Job Responsibilities (examples)

• Administration related to insurance patients

• Handling of bookings, referrals, and patient contacts

• Work in journal systems and digital care flows

• Contact with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare staff

• Support the reception in daily administrative tasks

Who are you?

We believe that you have:

• A background in healthcare, e.g., as an administrator, medical secretary, or healthcare staff

• Good administrative experience and understanding of care flows

• A strong sense of service and a professional demeanor

• The ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner

• Resilience to stress, flexibility, and solution-oriented

Meritorious

• Experience with the journal system Webdoc

• Experience with Kuralink

• Previous work in insurance care
