About the job

You will be responsible for the company's support and administrative functions as well as marketing. The role involves close collaboration with and support to colleagues, customers, salespeople, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing & mailings
• Administration related to orders, purchases, e-commerce
• Customer service and support

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good computer skills and be comfortable working in multiple systems, viewing AI and modern working methods as a natural part of everyday life
• Be able to work independently, take responsibility for recurring tasks, and follow up on issues
• Be able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Employment conditions

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: 07:00–16:00

Workplace: On-site at our store at Arkgatan 4

Start date: By agreement
