HR Partner Wanted at Håbo Municipality

Håbo Municipality is looking for an engaged HR partner who enjoys working closely with the organization.

The position is a temporary role starting in the spring, as one of our employees will be on parental leave.

Today, the unit consists of eight HR partners, an HR administrator, and an HR manager. The unit is part of the Municipal Executive Administration, which supports the entire municipality in all HR processes. We apply flexible working hours and there is an opportunity to work remotely.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of HR partner, you will work both operationally close to the business and provide strategic support. You will consult with a department on issues related to labor law, salary matters, rehabilitation, and work environment. You will have support from colleagues in the unit. We help and support each other in our daily work.

You can plan your days based on your and the organization's needs. You are guided by goals and results in prioritization and planning, and you may also need to change direction when conditions change. We value good relationships with managers, within HR, colleagues in the municipality, and external parties. We always work for the best of the municipality by providing managers and employees with good conditions in their assignments.

We are looking for an HR partner with the following qualifications:

• Education from an HR/Personnel program or equivalent that we assess as comparable.
• Experience in operational HR work close to the business.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.
• Good digital skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various operational systems.

It is advantageous if you have

• Experience in labor law issues (preferably from municipal/public operations)
• Feel comfortable speaking in front of various groups and enjoy leading workshops.
• Experience in HR support for the areas of children and education or health and social care.

Has a good ability to find constructive solutions to complex issues. You have a good ability to organize and work systematically while being able to prioritize and adapt to changing conditions. You can work independently and bring tasks to completion.

As a person, you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating and solving problems together with others. We place great value on your ability to communicate and build good relationships both with the organization and with colleagues in HR and other support functions. You may not have the longest experience, but you have the attitude that problems are meant to be solved, and you enjoy learning new things along the way to the solution.
