The Security operational area is responsible for the management, governance, coordination, and follow-up of security work within Försäkringskassan. The operational area's responsibilities include information security, security protection, crisis preparedness, sector responsibility, incident management, and access administration. The security work is based on Försäkringskassan's management system for security, which the operational area is also responsible for developing and managing.
Information Security
All employees within the Security operational area have a primary focus within one of our areas of responsibility. As a business specialist, you will be part of the access area, and the position is primarily focused on work within the information security field.
As a business specialist, you will support the operations within the access area. You will lead, participate in, and be responsible for the development of processes and documentation within the subject area. You will monitor the subject area and produce and analyze statistics. As a business specialist, you will be responsible for identifying needs, answering complex questions, and providing support through advice, both internally and externally, in both verbal and written form. The work includes contributing to the change and development of processes and, if necessary, acting as a teacher. In consultation with your immediate manager, you will be responsible for making necessary priorities in your work to achieve the established goals of the operations. The position includes handling access cases.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent competence acquired through several years of work experience in similar work
- has experience working in a helpdesk, for example, with IT support
- has experience with continuous improvements and quality development
- has very good IT skills
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you
- have specialist competence or equivalent in-depth knowledge in the access area, acquired through current experience from Försäkringskassan
- have experience participating in projects or project management.

Other
A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. For this position, Swedish citizenship is required. Försäkringskassan may conduct a financial background check before employment. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. The position requires work on-site at the office in Uppsala.
