The Swedish Police Authority is now looking for someone who wants to develop the IT department's efforts to attract and recruit new employees.
You will be placed at the IT department's office, where you will be part of a group of about 15 colleagues working with the entire employee journey from employer branding and recruitment to competence development and efforts to retain employees within the IT department. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and development in all parts of the employee journey, as we are now facing a significant growth journey focused on how we strategically develop the department's work with recruitment, employee development, and cultural issues.
The IT department currently consists of about 1,300 employees responsible for all IT used by the authority's approximately 41,000 employees. You will be located in offices centrally in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, and there is an option to work from home up to two days a week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of sourcing specialist, you will play a key role in the work of attracting and recruiting new employees. You will work both strategically and operationally, as well as collaborate broadly within both the IT department and to some extent with the rest of the Swedish Police Authority.
Examples of job responsibilities:
- Sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools
- Strategic process and method development of the IT department's work with sourcing
- Monitor trends and translate environmental monitoring and market insights into search and recruitment strategies.
- Participate in projects and drive improvement initiatives related to attracting and recruiting new employees
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through ideas and development in all parts of the employee journey
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Relevant post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent. Alternatively, you have equivalent acquired experience that the Swedish Police Authority can assess as equivalent and relevant
- Several years of experience in recruitment within IT recently
- Several years of experience in sourcing, preferably with the LinkedIn Recruiter tool recently
- Experience in translating environmental monitoring and market insights into search and recruitment strategies.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious
The following competencies are also meritorious; you do not need to have expertise in everything, as you will develop on-site with us:
- Experience in operational recruitment work within an IT organization
- Experience in strategic competence supply, where recruitment needs are planned and managed from a business perspective
- Experience in events/campaigns related to recruitment and IT target groups
