In the role of HR Assistant, you will support the HR function mainly with administrative and operational tasks. The work includes administrative HR tasks and payroll-related administration, handling and filing of personnel-related documentation, as well as working in the HR system Flex HRM.

The role also involves support in payroll administration - simpler administration related to pensions and insurance, as well as support regarding time reporting.

We are looking for someone who is a student in HR or payroll and wants to continue building practical experience in HR. You are meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious in your work. At the same time, you are self-driven, responsible, and have a natural drive to get things done. You are an easy-going and open person who creates security in collaboration with others, and you thrive in a supportive role. You have a genuine interest in HR and administration and are curious about how HR processes work in practice. Through your way of working, you contribute to a calm work environment and build trust within the organization.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in administrative work, HR administration, or work close to payroll processes, as well as if you have worked in HR systems - especially Flex HRM.

This is a part-time consulting assignment of about 2-3 occasions per week. Start immediately, and the assignment is initially intended to last until summer, with a good opportunity for continued and expanded work ahead. You have the option to work on-site, hybrid, or come in as needed.

The role is educational and involves close collaboration with the HR manager, where you gain practical experience in HR administration in a growing company and the opportunity to develop as the HR work is built up and grows.
