About the position
As a Senior HR Business Partner with team leadership responsibility, you have overall responsibility for the division's HR work, both operationally and strategically. The role is broad and operationally close where you adapt the HR delivery and ensure flexibility in the execution of the assignment based on the varying needs and conditions of the business areas - always with the customer's best interests in focus. You know that quick, clear, and qualified support to managers is crucial for success and act accordingly.
Here you will combine a long-term perspective with operational presence and serve as a safe and trustworthy support in both ongoing issues and more complex matters. The role also includes leading, coordinating, and developing the HRBP team as well as collaborating with other support functions within the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
Advising and supporting managers in labor law and workplace environment.
Union negotiations and dialogue based on applicable collective agreements and regulations.
Developing, implementing, and following up on HR processes, routines, and working methods.
Support to business areas in workplace environment work, including plans and inspections.
Strategic support to management related to planning, monitoring key figures, and implementing data-driven development initiatives.
Internal leadership and coordination of the HRBP team.
Participation in and leadership of various development-oriented projects.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to service and support who always has the best interests of the business and operations in focus, which you naturally communicate in a clear and pedagogical manner. You are confident in the role both as a leader and as a business-oriented HR support and drive your work forward in a proactive, unpretentious, and independent way. With your experience, you create structure, drive improvements, and ensure that processes and working methods are appropriate, sustainable, and business-supportive.
You thrive in a role where you can combine a strategic holistic perspective with operational and business-oriented work and are motivated by switching between long-term initiatives and daily managerial support. With your positive and advisory attitude, your trustworthy manner, and your good collaborative skills, you find it natural to contribute to a successful team and always work for the best interests of the business.
We see that you have:
A degree in the field or other relevant education/work experience that we assess as equivalent.
Many years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably within care and health.
Very good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, and systematic workplace environment work.
Solid experience of working both strategically and operationally in a business-oriented HRBP role.
