Do you want to kickstart your career in administration? Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for someone who speaks Swedish and has limited experience in administration but has a strong desire to learn, develop, and take responsibility. We will teach you the rest on-site.

We are an established company with many years of experience, and our office is located in Nacka. Here, a dedicated team works where everyone takes responsibility for their tasks and supports each other in everyday life. With us, you will become an important part of the business from day one.

Your tasks

In the role of administrator/secretary, you will work with varied and developing tasks, including:

• Handling mail, email, and phone calls
• Document and case management
• Contact with authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors in Sweden and internationally
• Updating and administering databases
• Administrative support to team leaders

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented, responsible, structured, and proactive
• Punctual, stress-resistant, and service-oriented
• Quick to learn new tasks
• Independent but also enjoys collaborating in a team
• Used to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

You also have:

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and Russian, both spoken and written, as these languages are used daily in contact with employees, suppliers, and partners
