As the manager of the Life & Pension Office in Stockholm, you will have the opportunity to lead an engaged team of 11 specialists who together deliver high quality, create clear customer value, and contribute to strengthening Swedbank's competitive advantages in occupational pensions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Distribution and performance responsibility for the team, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people, and shows courage.

  • Adapt your work and the team's contributions to the bank's direction and strategy.

  • Define clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members and assess their performance.

  • Ensure continuous development of your team and your own leadership skills.

  • Create a sustainable work climate with well-being, engaged, and long-term sustainable employees.

  • Build a diverse team with a high level of team spirit and engagement.

  • As a member of a management team, actively contribute and share best practices for joint development.

  • Drive improvements, process optimization, and performance within your team through effective collaboration with other parts of the bank.

  • Understand how to create results through others and take overall responsibility for both individual and team performance in a structured manner.

What is needed in this role:

• Documented leadership experience with a strong ability to combine high business drive, regulatory compliance, and close leadership in a complex business

• Licenses such as Swedsec Advisor License, Insurance Distribution Rights Specialist

• Structured, persistent, and results-oriented

• Deep competence and experience in pension and insurance advisory and distribution of corporate-owned occupational pensions

• Ability to collaborate and drive business in multiple business areas in cooperation with other business areas such as corporate side, Private Banking & Premium

• Ability to lead senior specialists and understand complex occupational pension arrangements

• Very good knowledge of the occupational pension market and distribution, regulations, economics and taxation, collective and statutory insurance, insurance law, and family law

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent deep work experience in the field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
