Focus in Your Role
The role of Account & Partner Director at PacketFront Software is a central part of the company's sales and commercial organization, responsible for ensuring, developing, and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships. In addition to traditional responsibilities within key account management, the role plays a crucial function in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new technology partners that strengthen PacketFront's ecosystem and accelerate the company's market growth.
The role focuses on building deep and value-driven relationships with assigned customers and partners, thereby ensuring long-term and sustainable business development. A key success factor is the ability to elevate the customer's perceived value, increase customer satisfaction, and drive innovation through strategic partnerships. By combining strong customer responsibility with proactive work within technology partnerships, the role creates conditions for long-term relationships, expanded business opportunities, and increased revenue and growth for PacketFront.
If We May Wish
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven person with a strong commitment to developing assigned customer accounts. You need to have technical understanding and be interested in the technology underlying the various technical functions. Experience in – or a clear interest in – understanding complex customer needs and software product functionalities, as well as the ability to translate this into attractive commercial offers. The role is both strategic and operational and includes leading cross-functional teams within the framework of a matrix organization around the customer account(s).
You are confident and comfortable in dialogue with senior decision-makers within IT and/or telecom organizations and have a documented history of successful business development, including winning new customers and establishing long-term business relationships. You are accustomed to working closely with both customers and partners to present, anchor, and successfully close complex IT and telecom solutions.
Is This the Right Place for You?
You are a structured and confident presenter with strong skills in value-based selling and thrive in dialogue with decision-makers. You communicate fluently and clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, and find it easy to articulate complex values and concepts in a business-like manner.
With excellent relationship and networking skills, a positive attitude, and high integrity, you build trust over time. You are a driven and energetic person with a proven ability to deliver, who engages people around common goals and creates strong commitment and engagement.
