Contract Buyer for Temporary Position in Nacka Municipality

Here in Nacka Municipality, you will work with public procurement in some of our most exciting and challenging contract projects. Your Assignment

In the temporary position as a contract buyer with us, you will work in a role with significant responsibility for the entire procurement process. Your focus will be on procurements within construction and civil engineering where you drive the entire procurement process according to LOU from needs analysis and market dialogue, through the entire procurement to contract writing.

You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and managers within the municipality's investments. You are an important part of the municipality's work to create smart, sustainable, and legally secure business deals.

In the procurement unit, we have a total of 18 employees, where this role is part of the Contract and Services group, which is one of two groups in the Procurement Unit.

Experience

• Knowledge of AMA AF, AB/ABT, and contract law
• Documented experience in contract procurement
• At least 2-3 years of experience in public procurement according to LOU
• Post-secondary education in procurement, law, technology, or economics, or equivalent
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English

Meritorious

• Experience in category management
• Previous work in a municipality or other public sector
• Used to working flexibly and managing multiple projects simultaneously
