Main Responsibilities

If you want to have overall responsibility for one or more departments and lead employees, the role of Team Leader for Grocery is just right for you.

• You are responsible for purchasing and sales as well as ensuring that the department meets our jointly set goals.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the customer has a good experience with us. The customer is at the heart of our business, and therefore daily customer contact is important to create a positive store experience.
• Together with your employees, you will ensure profitability and ensure that routines are followed, as well as that we monitor gross profit and sales.
• As a Team Leader, you will have personnel responsibility. This includes ensuring that employees receive the right information, develop, and thrive, as well as ensuring that the work in the store runs smoothly and well. You will also be part of the store's management team.

Position: Full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Start Date: By agreement.

Working Hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What We Expect

• You should have knowledge of the products within your area of responsibility.
• You need to be familiar with basic economic key figures and have experience working in a store.
• As a Team Leader, your leadership is important. You need to be good at explaining routines, describing what goals the store should achieve, and what challenges exist.
• It is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Equally important is that you can delegate work, both give and receive feedback, and that you are not afraid to drive through changes.
