About the Role
We are looking for an experienced salesperson for Intelligent Targeted Outreach within estate clearance, emptying, moving, and moving cleaning.
The role involves independent sales through targeted contact with a clearly defined target group.
This is not a call center role and not passive selling.
You are expected to work in a structured, professional manner and take full responsibility for the results.
Opportunity for full or partial remote work, depending on the role and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Targeted cold outreach (outgoing calls and personal emails)
- Sales of service packages within estate clearance, emptying, moving, and moving cleaning
- Dialogue with relevant target groups and professional actors
- Documentation and follow-up in CRM
- Handing over confirmed assignments to the operational team
- Sales model

KPI & Performance Requirements
The position is KPI-driven. KPIs include:
- achieved revenue
- number of confirmed assignments
- quality and structure in the sales process
- daily activity within targeted cold outreach
- balance between activity and actual results
- correct documentation and follow-up
Detailed KPI levels and goals will be presented and established during the interview.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of documented sales experience
- Practical experience in cold sales
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good English
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented
- Ability to work professionally in sensitive customer situations
- Experience from service or property-related industries is an advantage
