You are an important part of our sales organization, and your task is to help our customers find effective, environmentally friendly, and profitable solutions for waste management and recycling. You will work on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships while offering services and products that contribute to a more circular economy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and new customer acquisition – Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build long-term and strong relationships with new and recurring customers.
- Be responsible for your own sales budget and work purposefully to achieve and exceed your goals.
- Be part of an engaged team that is driven to always deliver quality and exceed customer expectations.

We want to be honest with you – the first few weeks may feel a bit overwhelming. The work is challenging at first, and it takes time to get familiar with our systems, the various materials we handle, and how our processes work.
In this role, there will be a fast pace with many parallel cases and new questions. You will encounter situations where customer needs change quickly, and you will need to prioritize, make decisions, and find solutions along the way. It is a daily routine that requires presence, focus, and a willingness to deeply understand the business.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a true hunter – you love making deals, are competitive, and are driven by creating results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for your business from the first contact to closure.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong self-motivation and good structure in your work
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High social competence – you quickly build trust and long-term relationships
- Flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle rapid changes
- Responsible and confident in making decisions, even when many things are happening simultaneously
- Service-minded – the customer is always the focus
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on proactive sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing quotes and calculations, for example in Excel
- Experience from waste, recycling, or related industries is a plus but not a requirement
- Driver's license and experience working in modern digital system environments

Working hours: 08-17 with flexibility
