Our client is a small, family-oriented company in the plastics industry where collaboration, service, and long-term customer relationships are in focus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative / Administrative Customer Support who wants to become an important part of the team.

In the role of inside sales representative, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues. You will primarily be responsible for managing existing customers and ensuring they receive a high level of service in every contact.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from existing customers

  • Receiving and registering customer orders

  • Providing service and support via phone and email

  • Managing ongoing administration related to sales and orders

  • Ensuring order and clarity in systems and documentation

  • Collaborating closely with other inside sales representatives in a small team

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact and appreciates working in a smaller company where everyone helps each other. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with an eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for the customer.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative work

  • Familiarity with order and customer administration

  • Organizational skills, responsibility, and good orderliness

  • Enjoy working independently but also in a team

  • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Basic knowledge of English, as some communication may occur

Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus but not a requirement.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Inside Sales Representative is a full-time consulting assignment that initially lasts for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extension and potential transition to employment with the client.
