On behalf of Miele, NRG Agency is recruiting two Local Account Managers who want to drive growth, profitability, and a strong market position in their respective districts. About the role As a Local Account Manager, you will be responsible for field sales and business development within a defined geographical area. You will work with local retailers in appliances and specialty stores (for example, Elon, Elgiganten, and Power). You own your district as your own business area and work closely with retailers and partners to ensure optimal exposure, implementation of campaigns, and achievement of sales targets.

  • Build and develop long-term relationships with customers in your district

  • Be responsible for achieving national and local sales targets

  • Plan and conduct product training for retailers and their staff

  • Follow up on sales, deliveries, and KPIs

  • Introduce new products, campaigns, and concepts to retailers

  • Collaborate closely with internal functions such as service, marketing, and Nordic colleagues

  • Represent Miele at events and fairs (often requiring overnight stays)

  • Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system

The role involves working in a commercially demanding channel with large players, which places high demands on professionalism, perseverance, and business judgment. You are confident in making clear decisions and standing up for Miele's guidelines and business while always representing Miele with integrity, commitment, and a natural smile.

You are passionate about sales and customer relationships and motivated by clear goals. You have the ability to break down overarching goals into concrete activities in your daily work and are driven by seeing results over time. For you, sales is not just about products, but about understanding both the customer's and end customer's needs.

We would like you to have:

  • Several years of sales experience

  • Documented experience working towards sales targets and KPIs

  • Comfortable meeting both experienced retailers and younger store salespeople

  • Enjoy taking initiative, inviting yourself in, and “owning the room”

  • Work in a structured manner and follow up on budgets and goals

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

  • Speak and write Swedish and English

  • A valid driver's license (B)

Preferred background:

  • Appliances, kitchen, electrical trade, or related industry

  • Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems is a plus

  • Experience from the retailer side

  • Familiarity with training, coaching, or events

Two positions:

  • One based in the Mälardalen/Stockholm area

  • One based in the Uppsala/Gävle area

Travel occurs regularly, often requiring overnight stays
