We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our client in Älvsjö!

About the Role
As a Customer Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. Your tasks will be varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers. You will receive phone calls daily to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also involves using various digital systems, so it is important that you are computer literate. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements
• Previous experience working in service with daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission preferred, but automatic may be acceptable).
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate easily with both customers and colleagues.
