We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our client in Kista!

About the Role
As a Customer Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent development opportunities within customer service. You will be part of an inspiring and friendly team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be handling both new and existing customers.

Daily, you will receive phone calls to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotations. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job involves using various digital systems, so good computer skills are essential. This is a full-time position with office hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in service with daily customer contact.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual preferred, but automatic may be acceptable).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ease in communicating with both customers and colleagues.
