ChangeGroup is one of the world's largest companies providing travel currency and payment service solutions. Currently, we operate in a total of 10 countries around the world. In Sweden, we have 24 exchange offices and about 100 employees, but we are growing rapidly and are now looking for you who want to join us on our exciting journey. You will be based at our office in Upplands Väsby.

Are you a leader with a burning interest in sales?

In the role of Senior Sales Consultant with us, you will work as a support to the regional manager and together have overall responsibility for the daily operations at the office, which also includes cash handling. You will also work on identifying and attracting new customers and partnerships in your area. Travel may occur to other offices when needed.

Your tasks are varied but include, among other things:

• Assisting with scheduling, recruitment, and staffing of the office

• Working at the cash line to convey our main services: selling travel currency and processing payment services

• Processing international payments via Western Union's payment system

• Supporting your Regional Manager with what is happening in the team

• Administrative tasks related to daily operations

• Participating in sales activities and marketing projects

• Acting as a mentor, training, and guiding your new colleagues on issues related to the work of a salesperson

Who are you?

As a person, you are outgoing, humble, and have a strong drive. You are good at supporting, motivating, and developing employees to create a successful team together. You are a driven and solution-oriented person who loves to develop. You find pleasure in handling all types of customer situations and therefore enjoy meeting people. You are responsible and complete your tasks with great accuracy. You are results-driven and service-oriented and, like your colleagues, always want to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability. You have solid cash handling experience and are used to managing large amounts of cash. We would like you to have experience as, for example, a team leader, shift leader, cash manager, etc. Being fluent in English is a requirement for the position, as the corporate language is English. If you also speak additional languages, this is an advantage.
