Cloudo is growing rapidly and is looking for a sharp IT salesperson who is passionate about helping customers succeed in the Microsoft cloud. In this role, you will switch between new customer acquisition and further development of existing accounts – with Modern Work, Microsoft 365, and Azure services as your home ground.
What will you do?Build and nurture relationships – understand the customer's vision and translate it into concrete cloud solutions that create measurable value.
Identify and drive new business – prospect, schedule, and conduct qualified meetings (phone, Teams, and onsite) and drive the entire sales process to signature.
Advisory solution selling – package offerings within Microsoft 365 (e.g., Business Premium/E3/E5, security/compliance, Copilot for M365) and Azure (IaaS/PaaS, AVD, backup/DR, networking, databases).
Licensing and finance – calculate the right license mix, CSP/NCE terms, consumption in Azure, and TCO/ROI for C-level decisions.
Coordinate delivery – set expectations, write SoW/quotes, and hand over clearly to the technical team for onboarding, migration, and management (SLA).
Drive pipeline and forecast – work data-driven in CRM, secure next steps, and deliver on monthly and quarterly goals.
Partnership & co-sell – leverage Microsoft's ecosystem (MDF, campaigns, workshops) to accelerate business.
Documented B2B salesperson (2–5+ years) with proven results in new customer acquisition and farming.
Experience selling Microsoft 365 and/or Azure services – you can speak both business value and technology-related value.
Good understanding of Modern Work (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, security/compliance) and Azure fundamentals (calculations, cost management, right sizing).
Used to owning the entire sales cycle – prospecting → needs analysis → demo/workshop → quote/contract → closing → follow-up.
Confident communicator in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Driven by responsibility, pace, and teamplay – unpretentious, curious, and fearless.
Sold or launched Copilot for Microsoft 365 to customers.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Defender suite, Entra ID, Purview, or Intune.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900) or willingness to obtain them quickly.
Experience working with consumption-based businesses (Azure) and recurring revenue (licenses/managed services).
