Do you want to work in a sales role within the food industry where business, customer relationships, and results are in focus?

Mårtenssons Partiaffär AB, part of the Ögren Group – which also includes Gudruns AB – is now looking for a Sales Representative. The role is suitable for you who are driven by sales, enjoy an operational and business-oriented everyday life, and want to work in a company with strong industry expertise, short decision-making paths, and high engagement. You will be part of an experienced group in the meat and charcuterie industry with a focus on quality, delivery reliability, and sustainability.

What do you do as a Sales Representative?

As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for the daily sales of beef and pork, including cuts, by-products, as well as fresh and frozen products. The role is operational and business-oriented with a clear focus on customer contact, order management, and follow-up of sales results.

You work closely with customers and together with production and logistics to ensure efficient flows and high customer satisfaction. Since part of the sales is directed towards export markets, good knowledge of English is required.

Your main responsibilities

Sales & customer contact

Active sales of meat products to customers in industry, trade, and export

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

Handle order reception, quotes, and pricing

Ensure high customer service with a focus on delivery reliability and flexibility

Follow up on sales results and identify business opportunities

Administrative tasks

Prepare sales reports, calculations, and follow-ups

Work in Microsoft Office, with particular focus on Excel

Document and update product and customer information

Participate in internal meetings

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Several years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in the sale of meat and charcuterie products

Relevant education for the role

Documented sales experience with good results

Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are:

Business-minded, results-oriented, and solution-oriented

Structured, meticulous, and responsible

Flexible and stress-resistant in a high-paced environment

Works well both independently and in a team.
