About the position

We are looking for an engaged and business-driven Store Manager for our operations in the Stockholm region. The role involves overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store, staff management, sales, and the development of our e-commerce. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including B2B collaborations, as well as leading and coordinating our delivery team.

The position is both operational and strategic, where you play a central role in the company's continued growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the online business
• Lead, plan, and follow up on sales, marketing, and business development
• Develop and manage e-commerce strategies and digital presence
• Identify, establish, and develop B2B business opportunities
• Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and quality assurance of the delivery team
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff
• Monitor results, analyze sales data, and initiate improvement measures

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Documented experience in digital marketing and business intelligence
• Experience in e-commerce and operation of online stores
• Ability to identify and develop B2B business opportunities
• Fluent in at least two regional languages as well as Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of staff management and team development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Swedish B driver's license is a requirement, as the position involves travel and responsibility for deliveries

Preferred qualifications

• IT education or IT-related degree, for example in systems, e-commerce, data analysis, or digital platforms
• Experience with business systems, e-commerce platforms, or Magento / Shopify
