About the position

At Perido, we are now looking for a customer service representative for our client, a global company operating in business, marketing, and credit information. You will be part of a close-knit team whose main responsibility is to provide high-quality service and support to corporate clients, focusing on achieving high quality goals such as customer satisfaction, short handling time, and a deep understanding of their customers' needs. The position is located at the client's office in Stockholm, where the work is done on-site.

Your responsibilities

In this role, your mission will be to strive every day to simplify and improve the daily lives of the company's customers. Together with your colleagues in the team, you will ensure that the customer receives a professional and pleasant response via phone, email, and chat. You will help the customer find the right solutions and resolve issues related to credit and selection services. Customer service is the heart of the company, and you are the customer's voice into the organization as well as the company's face to the customer. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are handled in the best possible way.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Handling cases related to invoice inquiries, such as explaining invoices, sending invoice copies, and communicating with the finance department
  • Managing customer order disputes, such as disputing an invoice or when a customer believes they have been incorrectly charged for a product
  • Providing support regarding the company's services and products

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or another service profession where you have worked in various systems
  • Comfortable communicating via phone
  • Good computer and system skills and feel secure in a Microsoft-based environment
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in customer service within finance, banking, or credit
  • Worked in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
