IDkollen / Identisure is a fast-growing Nordic tech company that offers the market's most innovative, secure, and seamless solutions for digital identity using the latest verification and identification technology. Our services are used daily by banks, energy companies, fintechs, and customer service organizations across the Nordics.
We have our office at Kungsgatan 6 in Stockholm, where the majority of business and product development takes place, as well as a sales office in central Oslo that drives our growth in the Norwegian market.
We are now looking for a Partner Account Manager who wants to take clear ownership of our partner-driven growth in the Nordics.
About the role
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be a key player in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for building, developing, and activating our partner network, focusing on both new and existing collaborations.
Your mission is to ensure that more partners:
● Choose IDkollen / Identisure
● Understand the value of our solutions
● Actively and continuously sell them to their customers
The role combines sales, strategy, training, and relationship building – perfect for you who enjoy pace, business, and creating win-win collaborations.
What you will do
● Recruit and onboard new partners who can resell and integrate our services
● Develop existing partners and help them sell more, more often, and smarter
● Be an active business support to the partner's sales organization
● Motivate and educate partners through workshops, sales meetings, and joint customer dialogues
● Participate in business together with partners – from pitch to closed deal
● Work with sales materials, business cases, and arguments that drive volume
● Further develop our partnership strategy, incentive models, and go-to-market activities

Who we are looking for
You are business-driven, relationship-oriented, and self-sufficient, with experience in:
● Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Account Management
● SaaS, tech, or digital services (required)
● New customer sales through partners and understanding of the partner ecosystem
● Driving activities that increase engagement and sales volume
You are used to working with many partners simultaneously and have a strategic eye for incentives, commissions, and structures that make partners prioritize correctly.
Experience with physical products is less relevant – we are building a scalable, integrated, and digital business.
