Project Manager in Signage and Decor

We are currently seeking a project manager in signage and decor on behalf of our client! Are you the one we are looking for?

Do you have extensive experience in project management within signage, facade signs, and vinyl, as well as the ability to independently manage signage projects from start to finish? About the Position

As a project manager in signage and decor, you have several areas of responsibility, but some of the main tasks include:

• Overall responsibility from inquiry to purchase, final delivery.
• Contact with customers, internal departments, installers, and producers.
• Time and resource planning.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered within the promised timeline and budget with high quality.
• Administrative work with order registration, purchasing, delivery control, and invoicing.
• Handling building permit processes and contact with property owners and municipalities.
• Developing supplier relationships.
• Working with project follow-up internally and with the customer.

Practical Information:

Start date: By agreement, as soon as possible.
Location: The office is currently in Norrviken, but our client will be moving to new, more central premises.
Scope: Full-time.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma and preferably education in project management, economics, or similar.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
• Has previous experience working in the industry or a closely related field.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Can work proficiently in Excel and other Office applications.
• Is sales-oriented and has a business drive.
