Business Developer in Tools and Technology

About the position

As an outside salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and expanding your own district with customers in both automotive, workshop, and industry. The role combines relationship building with consultative sales, where you help the customer streamline their operations through the right products and solutions.

You will work closely with customers in various environments – from smaller workshops to industrial companies with production, maintenance, and technical operations.

Your main tasks:

  • Customer responsibility and relationship building
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business development in the district
  • Work systematically and long-term with new customer acquisition in both industry and automotive.
  • Consultative sales
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the customer's operations, processes, and needs.
  • Secure start in the role
  • You will receive a structured introduction focusing on products, customer segments, work methods, and sales methodology.

About you

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, solution-oriented, and enjoys meeting professional customers.

You have:

  • Experience in technical B2B sales
  • Preferably within tools, industry, maintenance, production, automotive, or similar technical environments.
  • Ability to meet different customer roles
  • You can engage in dialogue with both users on the floor and decision-makers such as buyers, production, or maintenance managers.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as experience presenting and demonstrating products.
  • Geographical anchoring in Stockholm
  • Your home serves as your workplace.
  • Driver's license B
