Logic IT is a provider of IT and digital meeting solutions for both meeting rooms and office and home workplaces, an area with very high demand. We are a full-service provider that designs, delivers, and installs technology for medium and large companies and organizations throughout Sweden.
We are experiencing significant growth and therefore need to strengthen our sales organization with an additional Account Manager. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenging themselves and stepping out of their comfort zone to grow as an individual - because that’s how we grow as a company!
With a clear business focus and proactive approach, you will create, develop, and deepen relationships with both new and existing customers, always aiming to increase customer value and sales.
Overall Role Description/Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by actively mapping business opportunities and identifying decision-makers among both new and existing customers
- Proactively prospect and create new business by establishing contact with potential customers
- Develop, nurture, and maximize business relationships through a high level of activity and clear business focus
- Ensure continuous business development by participating in relevant internal training as well as training from strategic suppliers
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who wants to step into a sales role where you can build your career by creating business from the ground up. You are motivated by making first contact, booking meetings, and driving the deal all the way to closure. This role suits you if you want to develop within the sales profession but have a strong drive, high energy, and a clear desire to succeed in sales.
We also welcome those who are already working in a similar role and want to take the next step to a growing company, with attractive products and colleagues who share your drive and passion for business.
As an Account Manager in a growing company, you will have significant responsibility while receiving support from an experienced and professional team.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Have a clear competitive drive and thrive on new customer acquisition and high activity
- Are communicative, fearless in customer dialogue, and enjoy taking the first step
- Work in a structured manner and are motivated to meet and exceed goals
- Understand that trust, energy, and business value are the foundation of good sales
- Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- Have a B driver's license
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not a requirement; the most important thing is your attitude, ambition, and willingness to develop into a successful salesperson.
