We are looking for someone who wants to take on a key role in our bidding work as a Bid/Contract Manager. The role can be based at any of our 35 offices in Sweden and offers the opportunity for hybrid work.

Your Role:

As a Bid/Contract Manager, you are a strategic support function to sales and a key player in larger and more complex deals. You will be part of our Center of Excellence team, which supports Securitas Technology across Sweden with our specialist expertise. You will lead the bidding and procurement process from analysis to submitted bid – and further to won business and handover. Additionally, you will:

• Drive bidding and quotation work in complex deals, larger procurements, and contracts.
• Collaborate with legal functions on policy deviations or legal risks and keep track of relevant practices and new regulations.
• Interpret tender documents and develop bidding strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and call for necessary decision-making and working meetings.
• Ensure that bidding documents such as certificates, references, and formalities are of high quality.
• Proactively support sales in procurement work and identification of new business opportunities.
• Follow and analyze won and lost business for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to developing bidding operations, working methods, and processes at a strategic level.

• Have the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. By listening actively and adapting your language to the audience, you ensure that the message always gets through effectively.
• Have strong project management skills and are used to leading teams without formal personnel responsibility.

We also prefer that you have:

• Further education as a Bid Manager (KY/YH) or a university degree in economics, law, technology, or engineering.
• Experience in public procurement, preferably in technology or contracting.
• Very good ability to read, interpret, and work with tender documents.
• Good knowledge of LOU, contract procurement, and contract writing.
• Experience with regulations such as AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, or ABFF 15.
• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• A valid driver's license (B).
