What does the role of Order and Purchasing Administrator entail?
In the role of Order and Purchasing Administrator, you will become part of a team of 20 people where you will have an administrative role, focusing on ensuring that orders and purchases are handled correctly. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and customers, in an open and pleasant office landscape where collaboration and a good atmosphere are at the center.
Examples of tasks:
- Review, manage, and send incoming orders in the order system Netset
- Handle order follow-ups and adjust orders as needed. Update delivery times, monitor deliveries, follow up on purchases and cancellations if necessary.
- Ongoing contact with customers and internal employees
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about administration and has experience from a previous role in administration. It is a plus if you have experience in order and purchasing administration or have previously worked in the IT industry with hardware delivery. You have very good computer skills and experience working in order systems, preferably if you have previously worked in Netset.

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for employment at Advania. The start date is immediate, but the most important thing is to find the right person.
