Job Responsibilities

Our client located in Hammarby Sjöstad is in need of a purchasing administrator for administrative tasks related to purchasing, procurement, document management, supplier management, etc. The position is a 6-month temporary role working 100%, with a chance for extension for an additional 6 or 12 months.

You will be placed at the client's office in Hammarby Sjöstad with the possibility of remote work.

Job Description/Role

The assignment involves supporting the purchasing department with administration. Main tasks include document management, record keeping, administrative tasks in purchasing systems, property systems, and documentation of the internal planning within the department.

Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Requirements
    • Experience with record-keeping systems
    • You should have held a similar role previously and at least 3 years of experience in administrative work is required.
    • Familiar with handling contacts both within the purchasing department, the rest of the organization, and externally. Experienced in managing various inquiries and assisting colleagues with different questions.
  • Desirable Requirements
    • Experience with Platina/edok is an advantage.
    • Experience with purchasing systems, preferably Agresso Purchasing, is an advantage.
    • Experience with procurement systems, preferably Kommers, is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

Independent, solution-oriented, service-minded, unpretentious, able to drive issues, and capable of identifying potential improvements.

Swedish
