GOveteran is now looking for highly experienced commission-based salespeople with a proven track record in sales and a clear interest in recruitment within senior staffing.

This is a role for those who want to take responsibility for business, people, and results – and in the long run own your own business.

This is not a temporary sales assignment.

It is a clear path from performance to business responsibility and ownership.

About the role

You will be responsible for selling GOveteran's staffing services in an assigned geographical area.

The focus is on creating and developing customer relationships with companies and individuals seeking reliable labor.

At the same time, you will work on recruiting seniors who want to continue working.

You will assess skills, match the right person to the right assignment, and build a functioning local network.

Compensation is entirely commission-based.

Results drive compensation.

Meeting goals drives development.

Development opportunity

After a period of documented goal achievement, stable sales, and demonstrated ability to build a local team within senior staffing, the right person will be offered the opportunity to:

• take over and own their own GOveteran business

• develop their own geographical area

• transition from a sales and recruitment role to full business responsibility

This offer is only available to individuals who demonstrate consistent results over time.

We are looking for you who

• have long and documented successful sales experience

• are accustomed to working independently and goal-oriented

• have an interest in recruitment and personnel assessment

• have an understanding of staffing and relationships

• enjoy working with seniors and companies

• want to build something of your own in the long run

Experience in proactive sales, relationship selling, or service sales is a requirement.

Experience in staffing, recruitment, or personnel responsibility is an advantage.
