Stockholm University is looking for an E-commerce Coordinator

The Finance Department at Stockholm University is a central support function within the university administration responsible for finance, accounting, procurement, and purchasing.

The Procurement Section is part of the Finance Department and consists of employees with various specialist competencies, including procurement officers, procurement lawyers, purchasing analysts, contract controllers, travel managers, and purchasing coordinators.

We are now in the next phase of developing the university's procurement work and are looking for a qualified E-commerce Coordinator.

The role is aimed at those with broad experience in e-commerce who want to strengthen our strategic work and contribute to developing e-commerce as an active support for more uniform and efficient purchasing across the organization.

Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will have a coordinating and development-oriented responsibility for the university's e-commerce. The work involves actively driving the use and development of e-commerce in close collaboration with procurement, finance, system management, and operations.

You will, among other things:

• develop and coordinate e-commerce processes related to the university's agreements and purchasing needs
• work with the management and further development of e-commerce in the university's financial administrative systems
• act as a backup for system managers of financial administrative systems
• support and guide departments and other operations on how to use e-commerce effectively and purposefully
• initiate and conduct training, workshops, and information efforts within e-commerce
• collaborate with suppliers on the connection and development of catalogs
• support system administrators on issues related to e-commerce
• manage systems regarding e-commerce and e-procurement

The role is outward-facing and involves many contacts within the university.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant academic education
• documented experience working with and developing e-commerce in larger organizations
• good knowledge of e-commerce systems and financial administrative flows
• experience working in larger business systems
• experience working closely with operations and supporting users
• very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience from public operations and working in organizations with a complex structure.

About the employment

The employment is permanent full-time with a six-month probationary period. Stockholm University applies individual salary setting. Start date according to agreement.
